2. Description of Service
PadelDesk provides a club management platform for padel clubs, including court booking, payment processing, and member management tools. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features at any time with reasonable notice.
3. Accounts and Access
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. PadelDesk is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access due to your failure to safeguard your credentials.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: • Use the platform for any unlawful purpose • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service • Transmit harmful, offensive, or disruptive content • Resell or sublicense access to the platform without our written consent • Interfere with the integrity or performance of the service
5. Payments and Billing
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We reserve the right to suspend access for overdue payments. Prices may change with 30 days' notice.
6. Data and Privacy
Your use of PadelDesk is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and use of data as described therein.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality on PadelDesk — including software, design, text, and graphics — are the property of PadelDesk and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without our prior written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PadelDesk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Disclaimers
PadelDesk is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We disclaim all warranties to the extent permitted by law.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access immediately if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases and we may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes. Continued use of PadelDesk after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
